We've been making sausages for a few years now and think we're becoming pretty good at it. We've been interviewed on ABC radio and have won prizes, including best exhibit, at the local agricultural show. These pages have been written to share our learning of the sausage craft: from firstly making a few kilograms of fresh sausage through to the semi-serious production of 60 kg of smoked sausage.
